As an administrator, you can import checklist templates by going to the Main Menu-->Admin-->Set up-->Templates-->Forms.
First, click on "Standards" tab and choose a template of interest. To import a standard form to your templates, click on “duplicate icon” and click Ok.
Then go back to your "Templates" tab, and you will notice that this form has been added and contains the word “Clone” in its name.
To edit this template click on Edit button.
