As an administrator, you can Create & edit Inspection Templates by going to the Main Menu-->Admin-->Set up-->Templates-->Inspections.
First, define the Categories, by clicking on the cog wheel and hit the plus icon. Name the category. Click on "X" to exit this window.
- To add a new template, click on “Add a Template” button then click “Create New Template” button. Name the template and select a previously defined category from the drop down menu.
- Add item conditions, by clicking on the “Add Condition” button. Name it, for example “In Progress” and select a color by clicking on the brush icon.
- Repeat this step for any additional item conditions you might need.
- Define Categories that will show up in the Inspection Template.
- Then, fill in the list of items under this category. For each item you can select a form and/or a checklists, to be imported, by clicking on the “Select Default Forms” or “Select Default Checklists,” respectively.
- Repeat these steps for any additional categories and items that you would like to see displayed within the Defined Inspection Template. When you are satisfied with the filled in information, hit Save button.
- To delete an inspection template, click on delete button, located at the bottom left corner of the template while in edit mode.
